Hay River Mackenzie Tower

HVC has recently acquired Mackenzie Tower in Hay River, Northwest Territories.This asset represents an excellent opportunity to renovate and revitalize a prime, purpose built rental building in a community that is deep within a severe housing crisis.
HVC intends to restore this tower to its past status as the centerpiece of Hay River through a complete improvement of the asset and introduction of the qualities and amenities expected from the rental assets in major population centres to the Northwest Territories. 
With renovations commencing in June of 2022, the total revitalization is expected to take a maximum of 24 months with the end result being the delivery of a desirable and fully operating rental property available to the residents of Hay River.
