Heritage Heights

The Heritage Heights is a 248 unit rental-apartment project that continues to be a success for the HVC team and investors. This large-scale development is one of the biggest multifamily projects completed in Saskatoon to date and is positioned perfectly to fill a gap in the tired Saskatchewan market.

This development site was acquired in November of 2016. It was chosen for its central location in a developing sector of Saskatoon, proximity to the Shaw Recreational Center, three schools, big box retail and public transportation. Additionally, the west side of Saskatoon supports a variety of major industrial operations including natural resource and manufacturing sites.

Construction is complete and the project is in operations.
